Such expressions as “blood ran cold in my veins” can be perceived henceforth literally – German doctors have established, that strong worry and nervousness affect the process of blood curling, increasing risk of a thrombosis and heart attack. Analyses of blood of patients with a syndrome of the raised uneasiness, both social and physical phobias have shown that worries make negative impact on a blood-groove, promoting excessive blood circulation in the damaged vessels and raising risk of blocking of coronary arteries.

Physicians from the University of Bonn consider that the excessive emotionality is injurious to cardiac health, increasing probability of heart attack and forming preconditions for diseases of heart. At psychological pressure the speeded up unstable palpitation, formation of blood clots in arteries and infringement of cardiac function was marked at people.
